I don't have much experience with Omni Outliner. The Omni group makes great software so I'm sure it's the best of its kind. However, there is no comparison with Devonthink Pro. It is FAR more than an outliner. Consider it more of a personal database with a great AI for organizing and find info. Of course it can also be used as great outliner program too.
